Apple cider vinegar beneficial for acne

Apple cider vinegar is very acidic so it can cause skin burns, so be applied with great care. To prevent injuries, apple cider vinegar should be used in small quantities and diluted with water. Do not use apple cider vinegar on sensitive areas or open wounds or scratches. When using apple cider vinegar on the skin should not feel any burning or discomfort.

How to use apple cider vinegar for acne

1. Mix one part apple cider vinegar with three parts water. If you have sensitive skin, you can use a larger amount of water to prevent any problem.

2. Cleanse your skin and then dry it with a towel.

3. Use a cotton pad to apply vinegar water mixture on the problem areas.

4. Let the mixture act price for 20 seconds, then rinse with warm water front.

5. Repeat two times per day, ideally in the morning and at bedtime.

For best results, use an organic apple cider vinegar because it contains a greater quantity of enzymes and beneficial bacteria, compared with poor quality vinegar.

Apple cider vinegar has a lot of benefits for your beauty. For example, it gives shine to your hair and prevents frizz. When it comes to your hair, apple cider vinegar should be diluted with water and used for rinsing hair. If you use apple cider vinegar to rinse hair twice a week, your hair will be shiny and silky. If you discoloured hair or is degraded, it is not advisable to apply apple cider vinegar on the hair because it will be rough and will dehydrate you even more.
