3 Days Detox

We have prepared a 3 days Detox plan to help you to eliminate all the toxins from the body.

One of the most important things is to cut down on diary products and fatty foods such as cream and cake. It helps support your liver in detoxifying your body of toxins.

Try to eat at least six or eight portions of fruits and vegetables daily to increase the fibre.

In addition drink at least two litres of fluid each day and avoid tea and coffee.

For our marvellous detox plan we chose 3 different smoothies who cleanse, hydrate and energise.

  1. Astringent smoothie

1 cup of pineapple chunks

1 handful of spinach

½ inch ginger

½ cup of coconut water

½ tbs turmeric powder

½ cinnamon

Ice and water to blend

  1. Cleanser smoothies

1 tbs walnuts

1 tbs raw cacao

1 tbs flax seeds

1 scoop grass juice

¼ cup blueberries

2 tbs seeds pomegranate

¼ tbs ginger

Add soymilk to blend

  1. Energiser smoothie

½ cup fresh spinach

2 cups coconut water

1 tbs chia seed

1 tbs bee pollen

1 tbs hemp powder

1 tbs raw cacao

Add some ice to blend
